Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy

In the United States, it is common practice to cancel appointments on short notice due to the availability of other patients who can fill the slot promptly. However, the appointment scheduling process in Mexico differs significantly. The allocated time slot is lost if a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment, cancels on short notice, or does not show up. Moreover, the logistics involving transfers, dentists, drivers, and office staff are coordinated in advance for your appointment. Therefore, recovering the time and expenses invested in preparing for your treatment is unfeasible.

Surgical procedures necessitating an oral surgeon, sedation, anesthesiologist, and a team of dental specialists, such as dental implants and All-on-4s, are conducted by specially trained doctors. These procedures are intricate and demand doctors to reserve several hours or even an entire day.

Appointments at our dental offices are highly sought after. Consequently, our cancellation policy aims to ensure that valuable appointments are allocated to patients committed to attending, with the exception of unforeseen circumstances, and that individuals in need of treatments can access the necessary care.

We value your time greatly and recognize unforeseen situations that require rescheduling your dental appointment may arise. We greatly appreciate your cooperation, understanding, and consideration for our dentists, dental team, and fellow patients.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we strive to assist you with minimal fees. Your credit card will not be charged if you notify the dental clinic at least three business days before your appointment. In case of failure to cancel, reschedule, or attend your appointment, a fee of $75.00 will be applicable for evaluation and routine appointments. Similarly, failing to cancel, reschedule, or attend a surgical appointment will result in a charge of $500 to your credit card (plus materials and parts ordered).
