We take your time very seriously and we understand that life happens…Your understanding, cooperation and consideration for others is appreciated.
Appointments at our approved dental offices are limited, as are seats in our concierge van. To guarantee your dental appointment and/or seat, payment in full for our concierge service is required at the time of booking. This allows Beyond Borders Dental to reserve your seat on our private van, make your hotel reservation, and secure your dental appointment.
If you only need to reserve a dental appointment, you may be required to pay an appoinment guarantee deposit which is deposited within three business days after you make your appointment.
If special parts need to be ordered specifically for your case, a deposit or full payment may be required for those items in advance. You must approve any additional expenditures before placing orders.
We will send you an invoice for the services you requested, and will hold your space for 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Please pay promptly to assure your reservations, as your space is not confirmed until payment.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your services after payment is made, you will receive a refund of all services less our $75 service fee, as long as it is at least three (3) days before your trip is scheduled to depart. There’s a lot of work and time to make appointments and arrangements for our clients dental needs. We have been holding an appointment space in one of our approved dental offices, made hotel reservations which must be canceled, and reserved a seat in our van that may now be open, it is necessary to retain the fee for that work. If you cancel less than three (3) days of your trip, you will not get a refund, but you can use your payment (less our $75 service fee) for another trip in the next three months. Failure to submit the invoiced payment within the two (2) day grace period constitutes a forfeiture of your reservation in the concierge service program.
You are responsible for discretionary travel expenses, including any travel insurance, meals, and etc., none of which are covered by your payment to Beyond Borders Dental. Other than your van transportation and hotel, these recommended items are not available through Beyond Borders Dental.
- If for any reason you are not accepted in a concierge trip, or the trip must be canceled by Beyond Border Dental, any payments you have submitted will be refunded in full.

Although very unlikely, Beyond Borders Dental reserves the right to cancel a concierge trip in advance of the departure date if there is not sufficient sign ups or for other major cause. If Beyond Borders Dental cancels your concierge trip, you will be notified and given the option to transfer monies paid to another scheduled concierge trip or to receive a full refund of monies paid.
