We take your time very seriously and we understand that life happens…Your understanding, cooperation, and consideration for our dentists and others is appreciated.
If you decide to reserve an appointment with one of the dental offices in our approved program, you may be required to pay an appointment guarantee deposit to hold your appointment. We will send you an invoice for a deposit, typically $50.00 and will hold your appointment for 72 hours after the invoice is sent.
If special parts need to be ordered specifically for your case, a deposit or full payment may be required for those items in advance. You will be given an itemized invoice that must be approved for any additional expenditures before placing orders.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your dental appointment, we will refund your appointment guarantee deposit, as long as it is at least three (3) days before your appointment is scheduled, less $15.00 processing fees. If you cancel less than three (3) days of your appointment, you will not get a refund, but you may use your deposit for another appointment within the next three months. Failure to submit the invoiced payment within three (3) business days may constitute a forfeiture of your scheduled dental appointment.
You are responsible for discretionary travel expenses, including any travel insurance, meals, and etc., none of which are covered by your payment to Beyond Borders Dental or the dental offices in our approved program.
