At Beyond Borders Dental, we know that getting the dental care you need is important and we make sure that the time slot we reserve for you is committed to assure you receive your treatment. When we reserve an appointment for you with our dentists, we block off time in our doctors’ schedule to ONLY serve you. In addition, if your dentist is a specialist, he may be traveling from another city to provide your treatment.
In order for us to continue to provide safe, affordable and quality dental care in Mexico, we have a clear Cancellation/No-Show policy. To reserve your dental appointment a deposit of $50 for general dentistry and $100 for a specialist is required. Once your deposit is received your appointment will be confirmed. If you cancel at least three (3) days before your appointment with a general dentist, and seven (7) days before your appointment with a specialist, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel in less than the necessary time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you don’t show up for your appointment, your deposit is also forfeited.
Appointments at our dental clinics are always in demand and we want to make sure that our clients do not have to wait months for scheduling. This is why we have a Cancellation/No-Show policy that our clients must comply with. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for our dentists.
Your deposit is not applied toward your treatment. The deposit is simply to hold your space and confirm your appointment with our dentists. When you show up for your appointment you will pay for your dental services. Your deposit refund will be processed within three days and returned to your credit card.
