At Beyond Borders Dental, we know that getting the dental care you need is important and we make sure that the time slot we reserve for you is committed to assuring you receive your treatment. When we reserve an appointment for you with our dentists, we block off time in our doctors’ schedule to ONLY serve you.
In order for us to continue to provide safe, affordable and quality dental care in Mexico, we have a clear cancellation/no-show policy. To confirm your appointment a deposit of $50 is required. Once your deposit is received your appointment will be confirmed.
Because of the substantial savings Beyond Borders Dental patients receive, appointments at our dental offices are always in demand and we want to make sure that our patients do not have to wait months for scheduling. This is why we have a cancellation policy that our patients must comply with. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for our dentists.
Your deposit is not applied toward your treatment. The deposit is simply to hold your space and confirm your appointment with our dentists. When you show up for your appointment your refund will be processed within three business days and returned to your credit card. If you do need to cancel and do so according to our cancellation terms, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us at least 72 hours notice.
