Why We Need an Appointment Deposit
We want you to understand that making an appointment at our approved clinics in Mexico is a little different than making one at your local dentist. In the U.S., medical and dental appointments are often canceled with as little as 24 hours’ notice; yet, there is always a list of folks nearby that could quickly fill that spot. Unfortunately, our clinics in Mexico do not have the same advantage.
Most of our patients, much like you, are coming from far away and plan well in advance. In most cases, you probably had several calls or emails over days or weeks in preparation to come to our Mexico provider, so you can imagine how difficult it would be for someone else to fill your spot by traveling to Mexico on short notice.
Your deposit secures the respect we have for our providers as well as the lengths we go to in providing you with excellent service. We take your dental treatment very seriously and trust our request isn’t an inconvenience to you; as on the flip side, you could find yourself paying two to five times as much for the convenience of getting your treatment locally.
If you need treatment, and are ready to let us help you save a lot of money, we need your commitment in the form of your deposit, to secure your space and appointment. Once you make your scheduled appointment we can apply it to the treatment you had done that day or refund it if no treatment was needed.
