We take your time very seriously and we understand that life happens…Your understanding, cooperation, and consideration for our dentists and others is appreciated.
If you decide to schedule an appointment with one of our dentists, we require an appointment guarantee to reserve your appointment. Shortly after scheduling an appointment with our patient care coordinator, an invoice for a $75 deposit will be emailed to you, which will be due within two (2) business days. Your appointment will be held for two (2) days from the invoice date. Failure to pay an appointment deposit may constitute a forfeiture of your scheduled dental appointment. Moreover, when you make your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will be applied to your dental treatment that day, or if in case no dental treatment is needed, we will refund your deposit within three (3) business days.
Important Note: In some cases where extensive procedures are anticipated, such a All-on-4’s, and/or special parts need to be ordered specifically for your case, a larger deposit may be required for in advance. You will be given an itemized invoice for any additional costs before placing orders. To read why we require an appointment guarantee deposit, click here.
If it is necessary for you to cancel your dental appointment, we will refund your appointment guarantee deposit, as long as it is at least three (3) days before your appointment is scheduled, less $25.00 processing fees. If you cancel less than three (3) days of your appointment, you will not get a refund, but you may use your deposit for another appointment within the next three months.
You are responsible for discretionary travel expenses, including any travel insurance, meals, and etc., none of which are covered by your payment to Beyond Borders Dental or the dental offices in our approved program.
If you do not show up at the indicated time for your scheduled appointment, no refund or credit will be given. If you have special circumstances or have any questions please contact us.
