At Beyond Borders Dental, we know that getting the dental care you need is important and we make sure that the time slot we reserve for you is committed to assure you receive your treatment. When we reserve an appointment for you with our dentists, we block off time in our doctors’ schedule to ONLY serve you. In addition, your dentist may be traveling from a nearby city to provide your treatment.
In order for us to continue to provide safe, affordable and quality dental care in Mexico, we have a clear cancellation/no-show policy. To reserve your dental appointment a deposit of $50 for general dentistry and $100 for a specialist is required. Once your deposit is received your appointment will be confirmed. This allows us to serve other clients in need of serious dental work.
Because of the substantial savings Beyond Borders Dental clients receive, appointments at our clinics are always in demand and we want to make sure that our clients do not have to wait months for scheduling. This is why we have a cancellation policy that our clients must comply with. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for our dentists.
Your deposit is not applied toward your treatment. The deposit is simply to hold your space and confirm your appointment with our dentists. If you use our self-service program, when you show up for your appointment your refund will be processed within three days and returned to your credit card. If you use our concierge service program, your deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do need to cancel, and do so according to our cancellation terms, your deposit will be fully refunded or may be applied to another appointment if you choose to reschedule.
